SA-TFT2000这是一款全自动伺服5线压接端子机，这是一种多功能机器，可用于压接双头端子，或一头压接端子，一头镀锡。适用于电子线、扁平电缆、护套线等。这是一种两端压接机，该机器使用平移机代替传统的旋转机，在加工过程中电线始终保持笔直，压接端子的位置可以更精细地调整。
标准机适用于16AWG-32AWG线材，标准机具有30mm OTP行程的高精度涂布机，与普通涂布机相比，高精度涂布器进给和压接更稳定，不同端子只需更换涂布机，这是一台易于操作和多用途的机器。
机器的行程可定制为40MM，适用于欧式涂布机、JST涂布机，我公司还可以为客户提供高质量的欧式涂布机等。请联系我们了解更多信息。
该机器采用6套伺服电机、TBI螺钉和HIWIN导轨，是一款高品质的伺服端子压接镀锡机。整机做工精细，送丝、切割、剥皮等运动部件均由高精度伺服电机驱动，动力强劲，尺寸精确。
压力检测是一个可选项目，实时监测每个压接过程压力曲线的变化，如果压力不正常，它会自动报警并停止，严格控制生产线的生产质量。加工长线材时，可以选择传送带，将加工好的线材笔直整齐地放入接收托盘中。
彩色触摸屏操作界面，参数设置直观易懂。该机器具有程序保存功能，便于下次直接使用，无需再次设置机器，简化了操作过程。
